Mario's International Spa & Hotel at 35 East Garfield Road, Aurora, Ohio.

Dilapidated, dirty, run down spa. The process was very long and drawn out. The timeline of events was not discussed prior to starting the services. We were basically left sitting in rooms for long periods of time waiting for someone to show up. It took us 4 hours to get a 60 min massage, a 15 min facial, and eat a salad. None of the facial products being used were labeled. All of which left a terrible smell on our skin. Not worth it at all.
