The Bertram Inn & Conference Center at 600 North Aurora Road, Aurora, Ohio.

Normally I do not complain about things. But this time I feel like it is necessary. My husband and I ordered room service breakfast, which should have been delivered between 9:30 AM and 10 AM. At 10:23 AM when our food was still not here, I called the restaurant and spoke to a girl. She apologized and said they were very busy and we would get our food for free, and it would be delivered within 15 minutes. At 11:52 AM when our food was still not here, I called again. This time the girl was very rude. She didn’t care at all that our food was over two hours late, and she once again promise that we would have it within 15 minutes. I would not recommend this hotel to anybody!
